Industrious has announced new partnerships with Piedmont Office Realty Trust, Inc., CBRE, and Dilweg to expand its footprint in Atlanta.
Through these alliances, the flexible workspace firm will bring its presence in the city from six to nine locations.
With its Dilweg partnership, Industrious has opened a new location on 101 Marietta Street that takes up 20,000 square feet and features 272 seats, as well as 14 private offices.
“Downtown Atlanta is a strategic place to put roots right now with Centennial Yards in the pipeline and now the arrival of Industrious at 101 Marietta Street,” said Jerry Banks, managing director of asset management for Dilweg. “The momentum in Downtown Atlanta will only continue to grow, and we are excited to welcome Industrious to the district.”
Industrious will also take up space at 999 Peachtree in partnership with Piedmont Office Realty Trust, which will stretch across 50,000 square feet, feature 699 sets and over 116 private offices. This location is expected to open late March 2022.
Lastly, the operator will team up with CBRE to open a new 38,000 square foot space at The Collective at Concourse in April of 2022. This location will include 433 seats and over 85 private offices.
