Workplace culture site Comparably has ranked the best large global companies for company culture.
The site reviewed companies with over 500 employees, taking anonymous employee ratings that covered various elements of what makes an ideal company culture, “including compensation, leadership, and professional development opportunities to work-life balance, perks and benefits.”
“When employees understand and embrace your company’s culture, they believe they are part of a team, and that their individual contributions help the company grow and succeed,” said Rachel Pelta, Content Coordinator for FlexJobs. “They are motivated to do the best job that they can, making them engaged and positive employees who are less likely to quit their jobs.”
