Industrious has launched a new mobile app that will allow users to access the company’s network flexible workspaces.
The Industrious mobile app gives members the ability to book meeting rooms and desks, manage reservations, as well as learn more about upcoming events at any of the company’s locations.
Through the reservation system, members can ensure they have a workspace ready to go before they are in the facility, eliminating the potential for having to wait for a meeting room to become unoccupied.
Desk reservations give members the ability to reserve a seat for either themselves or a colleague, while also giving them the chance to see where other members are sitting.
When searching for a meeting room, users can filter their search based on their specific needs, such as time availability, number of seats, TVs, cameras, phones, and other amenities.
Events will be featured on the homepage of the app, but users can get more details about each event in the ‘Events’ tab. From here, members can review events happening at their location and RSVP.
Integrated mobile apps within coworking and commercial real estate as a whole signify the relevancy of proptech within these industries.
Today’s workforce want and expect a seamless user experience from their workspace, and by implementing apps that help members easily navigate the perks of their memberships, operators are more likely to retain them.
