Coworking operator Serendipity Labs will offer landlords access to its flexible office management technology platform as a new subsidiary.
WorkplaceCloud LLC will give landlords access to various features of the platform, allowing owners to manage their white label or private label offices, as well as amenity offerings.
The proptech offering has been used at Serendipity Labs’ offices for over a decade, creating an all-in-one experience that aims to make flex space management, sales operations, member experience tools, and marketing optimizations easier.
By doing so, landlords can obtain the faculties of a flexible office and provide them a chance to adapt as the future of workplaces continues to evolve.
