Expansive, formerly known as Novel Coworking, has announced the opening of its new location in Chandler, Arizona.
The operator purchased the Cooper Crossing location back in October of 2021, which stretches across five acres just outside of Phoenix.
Expansive invested nearly $1.3 million to modernize the campus, which features over 54,000 square feet of offices, meeting rooms, coworking spaces, amenities, an outdoor event venue, and more across six buildings.

“Cooper Crossing gives our clients more workspace options with features that complement our Downtown and Midtown properties, as well as a beautiful new event space with the opening of the Cleo Patio.”
