Hybrid work operator Daybase, which was launched by former WeWork executives, has opened its first location in Harrison, New York as it works to support local neighborhood businesses.
Located on Halstead Avenue, the new workspace is situated on the ground level of the AvalonBay apartment complex, where it takes up 5,000 square feet to offer various spaces for both individual and collaborative work.
“We created Daybase for the times when your office is too far, but home is too close,” said Joel Steinhaus, CEO of Daybase.
“Not only does Westchester County have a vibrant economy in its own right, it is also home to thousands of Manhattan office workers who used to commute into New York City five days a week.”
Daybase provides members with access to on-demand workspaces, quiet areas, private spaces for video conferencing, larger rooms for collaboration sessions, while its Daylounge offers unassigned desks for short projects or casual meetups.
