Coworking software company Yardi has announced the launch of CoworkingCafe.com, a website that will help users find their ideal flexible office location across the country.
Through this launch, users of CoworkingCafe.com can access information on a variety of coworking spaces, including their availability, amenities, floor plans, photos, and 360-degree videos.
CoworkingCafe.com is one of Yardi’s six commercial listing platforms, which includes CommercialCafe, CommercialSearch, PropertyShark, 42Floors, and Point2.
“With the launch of CoworkingCafe, we are excited to help consumers find and book office space, while helping operators increase revenue,” said Rob Teel, senior vice president at Yardi.
In addition to the new listing platform, Yardi announced it has acquired CoworkingMag.com, a coworking-related news website that will also help boost Yardi’s ability to reach their audience and showcase their flexible office and commercial listings.
