Workers Want Better Health Benefits

New analysis from the Bupa Wellbeing Index reveals that the top workplace benefits are even simpler than previously thought. 

According to the Bupa Wellbeing Index, the most desired workplace benefits were:

  • Flexible work arrangements (53%) 
  • Pension scheme (46%) 
  • Health insurance (39%) 
  • Employee discounts (36%) 
  • Free lunches (25%)   

In fact, the survey of 8,000 UK professionals showed that 42% would be more inclined to stay on at their job if they were offered health and wellbeing benefits.   

Additionally, 19% of respondents said that health insurance is a top priority in today’s work environment.
