Condeco And iOffice + SpaceIQ Merge To Create Eptura

Workspace scheduling software provider Condeco is merging with workplace and asset management firm iOffice + SpaceIQ, as demand grows for new work technology solutions.

Condeco and iOffice + SpaceIQ merge to create Eptura

Condeco, a provider of workspace scheduling software, is merging with workplace and asset management firm iOffice + SpaceIQ to create a new business called Eptura.  

Investment firm Thoma Bravo has announced the merger, and claims that the “strategic combination creates a global worktech leader that provides software solutions to power the modern workplace,” according to Workplace Insight.

The merger follows previously announced investments in Condeco and iOffice + SpaceIQ by Thoma Bravo and JMI Equity, who will remain the primary investors in Eptura.   

The modern workplace is consistently and rapidly evolving, and businesses are demanding new work technology solutions that make adapting to the future of work more seamless.
