Major APAC coworking operators are merging to create what is being claimed to be the largest coworking network in the region. 

The Hive, Common Ground and The Cluster will come together as the Flexi Group, creating a portfolio of 45 locations across countries like Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore and more.

“We are delighted to launch The Flexi Group as the leading provider of flexible workspaces in the Asia Pacific region,” said Chris Edwards, CEO of The Flexi Group. 

“The pandemic has changed the way the world works, with businesses of all sizes shifting their workplace strategies towards flexible solutions, employee well-being, and collaborative spaces, and we are excited to be at the forefront of that trend.” 

The Flexi Group plans to partner with landlords and take on an asset-light approach to decrease exposure to external factors, such as recessions and health crises.
