This coveted award, the first of its kind, recognizes employers who prioritize the mental well-being of their workforce and strive to create a mentally healthy workplace.

Employers that have been awarded MHA’s Bell Seal are seen across the nation as having advanced workplace standards and practices which promote mental health and well-being. Companies are distinguished at various levels: bronze, silver, gold, or platinum, based on their strategies related to mental health in four domains: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs.
Chevron’s outstanding ratings in each of these areas demonstrate its commitment to its employees’ overall wellbeing, earning them the highest recognition: platinum status.
