What’s going on:

Chevron Corporation has been honored with the 2023 Platinum Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health presented by Mental Health America (MHA). This coveted award, the first of its kind, recognizes employers who prioritize the mental well-being of their workforce and strive to create a mentally healthy workplace.

Why it matters:

Employers that have been awarded MHA’s Bell Seal are seen across the nation as having advanced workplace standards and practices which promote mental health and well-being. Companies are distinguished at various levels: bronze, silver, gold, or platinum, based on their strategies related to mental health in four domains: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs.
