IWG Spaces has signed an agreement with Mapfre to create the largest flexible workspace in Spain – called “Spaces Bernabeu”, according to Nation World News. The new space is set to open in 2025 and will be located in a prime area between Paseo de la Castellana and Avenida del General Perón, opposite the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium.

Nation World News reports that the Space Bernabeau project will accommodate 180 offices for more than 900 jobs.
