The automotive giant Hyundai Motor Company will occupy 19 floors of WeWork space in South Korea.Â
The company secured 74,000 square feet at WeWork Seolleung and 3,700 square feet at WeWork Gangnam Station in Seoul, in a move that coincides with the rising trend among large enterprises to embrace flexible office solutions that cater to modern workforce demands.Â

In Hyundai’s case, the company has maintained an in-office five days a week policy, with goals to build upon collaboration, productivity and company-wide culture.Â

WeWork announced that Hyundai is providing its employees with 1,000 WeWork All Access passes that offer them the flexibility to work from any WeWork location worldwide. This strategic use of WeWork’s global network allows Hyundai employees to utilize spaces that best suit their work needs.Â
