WeWork India Expands Portfolio With New Workspace In Bengaluru

Over the past seven years, WeWork India has expanded its footprint to include more than 90,000 desks across eight cities, including Chennai, New Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad.

WeWork India has announced the addition of its 61st building, WeWork 37 Cunningham, which spans over 61,120 square feet. Located in Bengaluru, the facility features four floors and offers 891 desks designed to meet the needs of C-suite executives and enterprise teams.

According to the companyโ€™s statement, WeWork 37 Cunningham is distinguished by its executive aesthetic and sustainable design. The building holds LEED Core, Shell Gold, and WELL Gold certifications, ensuring high standards in environmental and health management.ย

Members will also receive expert support for obtaining ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) certifications, according to the Hindustan Times.ย 

Karan Virwani, CEO of WeWork India, emphasized the companyโ€™s commitment to catering to large enterprises and high-profile clients, noting, โ€œWith the launch of WeWork 37 Cunningham, we are proud to introduce our most premium workspace to date.โ€
