Managers Expect More Pay Raises Than Senior Leaders, Survey Shows

Managers are more likely to be anticipating a pay raise than their more senior and junior colleagues according to LinkedIn's latest Workforce Confidence survey.

Management-level employees face high pressures, but a new report reveals a positive outlook for them. According to LinkedIn’s Workforce Confidence survey, half of U.S. managers are expecting a pay raise by June, outpacing individual contributors (43%) and senior leaders at the director level and above (45%).

The survey highlights that managers have already seen more significant pay increases in 2024. About 64% of managers received a raise, compared to 59% of individual contributors and just 55% of senior leaders.
