Runway East has signed a 15-year partnership lease agreement with Samsung at 200 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A, securing over 35,000 sq. ft. of flexible workspace within the landmark 400,000 sq. ft. building in the heart of the City.
Located moments from St Paul’s and within 2 minutes walk of the new Farringdon East Elizabeth line exit, Runway East St Paul’s will look to cater to professional occupiers desiring great transport links, and even better hospitality options – with the revitalization of nearby Smithfield Market also forthcoming.

The announcement means Runway East is now on track to open over 100,000 sq. ft. of new space in London in 2026, further cementing its position as one of the UK’s fastest-growing flexible workspace providers.

The new Runway East site will deliver workspace for teams of 1 to 60 people, including private offices and managed solutions. The space will feature over 40 meeting rooms and phone booths, double height ceilings, and a premium design tailored to the needs of financial and professional services firms. A client-facing suite of meeting rooms will sit alongside more unexpected elements, including a hidden sensory room. Members will also benefit from an on-site café, towel service, and an onsite Virgin Active; the building is also home to Convene offering conference and exhibition space.
Over the last four years we have been working on the repositioning of 200 Aldersgate with CBRE and Savills Investment Management to enhance the building.
