UK, 29 July 2026: Mantle Space today announces this appointment of Rosie Dagnall as Operations Director, in a strategic hire that underlines the company’s rapid expansion and growing footprint across key regional markets.
Dagnall brings a strong track record in operational leadership, people development and business scaling, with experience across leading flexible workspace and hospitality brands including WeWork, Huckletree, LABS, ARC Club and Third Space.
Her appointment follows a series of significant milestones for the Mantle in 2026, including the launch of its newest Harlow site, One Station Approach, the development of the ASC Building in Cambridge, and the hiring of fractional MD, Alexandra Livesey. It also comes as Mantle accelerates towards its stated growth ambitions, with the business targeting a network of 25 sites following its recent expansion to nine centres.
In her new role, Dagnall will oversee Mantle’s operational strategy, systems and delivery across its growing portfolio, ensuring consistency while enabling the business to scale efficiently.
Alexandra Livesey, fractional MD, comments, “Rosie brings a genuinely people-focused approach to operations. She recognises that what makes Mantle special is its people and its community, while also understanding the importance of robust operational strategy and the right tools to support growth.”
The appointment signals a continued shift in Mantle Space’s growth trajectory as it positions itself as a leading operator of high-quality, flexible workspace.
Rosie Dagnall, concluded, “I’m thrilled to be joining Mantle Space at such an exciting point in its growth. The company has built something genuinely special: a strong, people-focused culture, thriving communities and high-quality workspaces in locations where businesses increasingly want to be. I’m looking forward to learning from the teams across our centres and building on those foundations, ensuring we retain what makes Mantle unique as we grow thoughtfully and ambitiously.”
