WeWork Access Cut For Revolut Premium Customers After Costs Rise

Revolut’s premium subscribers lost access to WeWork locations in cities including London, Paris and Milan as partnership costs climbed for a benefit increasingly important to its higher-tier customers.

Some Revolut subscribers have lost access to WeWork locations across Europe after WeWork increased the fees it sought for the partnership, according to the Financial Times.

The changes affect premium Revolut customers whose plans include WeWork day passes. Several European locations that were previously available are no longer included, according to people familiar with the matter.

WeWork Access Changes Across Europe

The affected locations include sites in Paris, Brussels, Milan, London, Edinburgh, Dublin and Prague. In some cities, including Brussels, Edinburgh and Milan, subscribers no longer have access to any WeWork locations.

Paris has also been removed from the benefit, even as Revolut prepares to open a new European headquarters there.

The changes followed negotiations after WeWork sought higher fees for Revolut customers using its spaces. The companies ultimately agreed to a new arrangement rather than removing the benefit entirely or passing the full increase on to subscribers.

The new agreement took effect at the beginning of August and gives eligible Revolut customers access to about 265 WeWork locations globally. More than half are in the U.S.

A Popular Perk For Premium Customers

WeWork access has been part of Revolut’s higher-priced subscription plans. Its £55-per-month Ultra plan includes three one-day WeWork passes each month, while the £14.99-per-month Metal plan includes one.

The perk is part of Revolut’s strategy of bundling outside services into its paid memberships. The company also offers subscribers benefits involving gyms, dating apps and media services.

Revolut generated more than £700 million in subscription revenue in 2025, up nearly 70% from the previous year.

WeWork Points To Higher Demand

WeWork attributed the changes to economic conditions and increased occupancy and demand at some locations.

The workspace company said Revolut remains a partner and that its customers will continue to have access to flexible workspace across its global network.

Revolut said the availability of individual benefits can change but that it remains committed to providing premium workspace and other lifestyle benefits to subscribers.

The renegotiation highlights a challenge for companies that use coworking access as a bundled employee or customer perk: when demand for physical workspace rises, the economics of those partnerships can change quickly.
