London, 29 September 2026: Managed office specialist MetSpace has expanded its London portfolio by 21,425 sq ft during Q2 2026, taking on spaces across Angel, Euston, Shoreditch, Midtown, and the City of London. MetSpace acquired 6,652 sq ft during the same period last year, marking an increase of more than three times.
The additions include workspace at the Crafts Council’s Grade II listed headquarters in Angel, floors at 141 Fenchurch Street in the City, and newly refurbished office accommodation above Shoreditch landmark Queen of Hoxton. Of the space brought to market during the quarter, almost 80% (circa 17,000 sq ft) has already been let or placed under offer.

The new portfolio additions include:
- 22 Upper Woburn Place, Euston (7,268 sq ft) – let by an AI company
- 44a Pentonville Road, Angel (4,413 sq ft) – let by a household name fashion brand
- 141 Fenchurch Street, City of London (Floors 5 and 6 let) – let by a tech company
- 67 Clerkenwell Road (1,550 sq ft) – let by a capital investment firm
- 28 Bedford Row, Midtown (2,500 sq ft) – let by an AI company
- 1 Curtain Road, Shoreditch (2,735 sq ft, available)
Robert Schogger, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of MetSpace, comments: “Q2 has been a particularly strong quarter for acquisitions, allowing us to expand our managed office portfolio across several key central London locations. The variety of buildings coming into the portfolio is refreshing, too.”
He adds, “We’re seeing a lot of interest from landlords looking for experienced operators who can thoughtfully bring space to market quickly and without compromising quality. The fact that almost 80% of the space is already let or under offer demonstrates the strength of demand when the product and location are right.”

Among the latest additions to the MetSpace portfolio is 1 Curtain Road in Shoreditch, a newly refurbished 2,735 sq ft first-floor workspace situated above the well-known Queen of Hoxton venue. The quarter also saw strong interest in Upper Woburn – a large deal completed in a very quick timeframe, and a testament to the increasing speed with which the market is moving.
