As opposed to going through the motions of everyday work life, employees now want a job that is fulfilling and nurtures their wellbeing.

In fact, a survey from Culture Shift shows that 58% of Black, Asian, and minority ethnic (BAME) respondents said their employer could have more influence in terms of diversity and racial discrimination.

These many findings indicate one glaring necessity in the future of work: employers need to do more.

Research of 1,600 teams from BetterUp found that if employees perceive their managers as having low emotional regulation, performance can drop 20% across the entire team.
