The Instant Group has merged with Coworker.com, making the combined platform the largest aggregator globally for coworking and flexible office space.Â
Founded in 1999, Instant lists flexible offices, meeting rooms, virtual offices, and coworking memberships, while its global team advises on commercial real estate and flexible space solutions.Â
Coworker.com was founded in 2015 by Sam Marks, and the marketplace currently lists 20,000 locations in 172 countries. In January 2018, the company acquired Coworking Insights, a blog for coworking industry professionals that publishes trends, data, and news.Â
Following the merger, the Instant Group’s marketplace is set to serve more than 250,000 businesses in 175 countries, operating 24/7 through an integrated platform in more than 40 languages.Â
This latest merger by Instant comes hot on the heels of two other recent announcements. Last month, the workspace brokerage firm merged with IWG’s digital assets (including Easyoffices.com, Meetingo.com, Rovva and Worka), and also acquired Davinci, a meeting room and virtual office aggregator.Â
