WeWork has announced a new partnership with real estate software firm Yardi to enhance its space management capabilities.
In an effort to address the undeniable shift to remote and hybrid work arrangements, WeWork Workplace will provide both employees and employers with the insight that creates an optimal work environment, promotes engagement, and decreases overall real estate costs.
WeWork Workplace will merge all tools needed to manage a workspace, including space optimization data, and offer users a detailed look into how the employee experience can be improved.
The platform will provide users with access to interactive floor maps, meeting room booking software, visitor management, space adaptation dependent on member needs, and more. It also features all types of space, including WeWork coworking spaces, WeWork-affiliated spaces, and privately leased/owned spaces.
“Combining our advantages in scale, speed, and access to flexible spaces, with Yardi’s industry-leading software and tech capabilities, WeWork Workplace doesn’t stop at desk booking or at backend insights – it aims to solve for a dynamic, constantly evolving future of work,” said Scott Morey, President of Technology & Innovation at WeWork.
