These tools are evolving from traditional workplace monitoring to platforms that can provide insights into team dynamics, work habits, and overall productivity, all while maintaining a focus on employee privacy and well-being. 

Despite the overall concerns surrounding workplace monitoring, the market for the software is projected to grow, with an estimated value of $2.1 billion by 2030, according to Market research firm Spherical Insights.
