Job Seekers' Confidence Tanks To Pandemic Lows As Job Hunts Drag On

Typically, job confidence rises in January due to the new year’s optimism, but this year saw a sharp decline, with confidence dropping 11 points from last January’s +31 to just +20.

Job Seeker Confidence in the U.S. has significantly dropped, according to LinkedIn’s latest Workforce Confidence survey.
