This two-way communication is invaluable. It means when a provider flags suspicious activity, itโs done through a channel thatโs recognised, trusted, and understood by regulators.ย
It also means providers have the confidence to act decisively, knowing theyโre aligned with national compliance standards.

Ultimately, strong compliance is about being proactive. Itโs not just about having a policy, itโs about encouraging a vigilant culture. That means training staff to understand risks. It means building systems that donโt just collect documents, but analyse patterns.ย
