The 2026 list is based on an analysis of approximately 60,000 companies and their hybrid job posting histories in the FlexJobs database between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026. The featured companies are recognized for having the highest volume of hybrid job openings over the last year and are considered strong prospects for job seekers.
FlexJobs defines a “hybrid job” as a professional-level, full-time role that consists of remote and in-office work. Examples of hybrid work arrangements may include:
- A set number of remote and in-office days each week
- Primarily remote schedules with occasional on-site requirements
- Primarily in-office schedules with limited remote flexibility
Top 100 Companies for Hybrid Work in 2026
FlexJobs’ 2026 Top 100 Hybrid Companies list welcomed 77 newcomers, including Bechtel, which ranked as the top employer for hybrid job opportunities. Your Part Time Controller, Mass General Brigham, AECOM, and Ellie Mental Health rounded out the top five employer ranking, while Elevance Health held its spot in the top 10.

The top career categories for hybrid work are ranked by the total number of hybrid jobs posted in FlexJobs’ database between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026.

For the second consecutive year, project management was the leading career field for hybrid work, once again more than doubling in its growth of hybrid job postings in the FlexJobs database. Additionally, Operations showed significant growth over the previous year, jumping in rankings to closely follow project management as the second field with the highest volume of hybrid jobs.
Although lower in the total number of hybrid job postings, career categories including medical and health, administrative, accounting and finance, and marketing showed sustained growth in 2026 to rank on the list, while historically strong fields like engineering and customer service remained steady in their total volume to round out the top 10.

The most in-demand hybrid job titles companies hired for over the past year were:

Expanding on trends from past years’ Top 100 Hybrid Companies lists, hybrid job opportunities continue to be available across a wide range of industries and career levels. In 2026, experienced-level roles made up 70% of openings, while manager (14%) and senior manager-level jobs (5%) accounted for a quarter of postings. Entry-level roles represented the remaining 11%––up 4% over the previous year.
