Instant Offices conducted research to analyze why Kuala Lumpur attracts such high activity for domestic and international markets. The research found that the supply of total hybrid office space grew by 31%, while coworking specifically grew by 10%.
Demand for such workspaces can be accredited to the city’s growing collaborative business culture as more businesses favor flexibility over traditional offices.
Additionally, many international firms are able to sample the local market through these low-cost flexible offices.
