Clarendon Business Centres are delighted to announce that we have just opened our twelfth Business Centre! The latest addition to our happy family is Fulham Green, which is located in the heart of West London within a beautiful two-acre green campus. On Monday 4th March 2013, we were delighted to open our doors to our new clients and prospective residents. The extensive refurbishment was completed on time and we have beautiful completed offices ready for immediate occupation by our clients. As this is the twelfth business centre that we have opened, we have already set the bar very high in terms of the fit-out required for our clients and we congratulate our experienced fit-out teams in meeting the high standards that we set them.
“We knew our official opening would generate a lot of interest and it was great to welcome so many people to our lovely new offices” says Leah Turner, Clarendon’s Fulham Green Centre Manager. “In fact, by the end of Monday, we had sold a further 28 workstations so it was a busy and very enjoyable day.”
These are fabulous offices in an amazing location – just north of Putney Bridge and overlooking the River Thames with fantastic transport links by road and rail.
There is an on site Café Plum and bar with a newly refurbished outside terrace which boasts Wi-Fi connectivity and secluded outdoor meeting areas within the grounds – perfect for informal business meetings but also for some quiet time to relax and unwind. There is also an on site Gym with changing rooms & showers for your regular work-out and your vehicles will be safe in the secure underground car park and secure bicycle park.
