MIAMI, FL – FEBRUARY 4, 2021 – One of the nation’s most prolific developers, The Related Group — alongside partners Tricera Capital and LNDMRK — today announces their partnership with Industrious, the highest-rated workplace provider in the US, to operate nearly 41,000 square feet of flexible office space at The Dorsey, a mixed-use property in Miami’s vibrant Wynwood Arts District. This brings the office space to 50% pre-leased merely weeks after breaking ground.
The swift lease-up of office real estate at The Dorsey follows a frenzy of residential and commercial activity throughout South Florida, driven in part by the state’s lifestyle and tax benefits.

For Industrious, this marks the workplace provider’s third location in greater-Miami, bringing its total footprint to more than 115,000 square feet in the market. Industrious’ eighth location in Florida, the addition of Industrious Wynwood demonstrates Industrious’ commitment to providing safe, low-commute workspace options in high-demand locations for those seeking a flexible alternative to working from home.
