The Preferred Office Network (PON) which is made up of over 200 independent coworking operators with nearly 1,000 individual venues in North America and beyond have partnered with hubli (formally Meetingsbooker) to launch a new on-demand workspace and meetings reservations platform for the Fortune 1000 client base they serve as well as the clients of their member operators.
Founded in 2010, PON serves enterprise clients with workspace needs in multiple markets. PON offers their clients access to over 1,000 flexible workspace locations through a single master agreement, dedicated account management through a single point of contact and a single monthly invoice.
“This partnership allows PON to add a state of the art on-demand solution meet.ponworks.com to give our clients even faster and more flexible access to spaces, and perfectly complements our core values of account management and central billing efficiencies”, commented Michele Penaranda, VP of Strategy for Preferred Office Network.
The platform will incorporate the hubli on-demand technology allowing venues to instantly sell spaces online by the day or hour while incorporating dynamic pricing functionality to drive increased occupancy. The solution will also include an advanced safety module allowing bookers to review detailed venue Covid clean policies prior to booking. Enterprise clients offering larger scale employee access will also have the option to include Workday integration, single-sign-on and security alerts.
“Following an extensive selection and review process we are delighted to have been selected to power the PON platform which underlines the unique hubli product offering. We are excited to rollout the solution in the coming weeks in the US which is now our fastest growing market, commented Ciaran Delaney, hubli Founder & CEO.
All participating venues will have the option to automatically distribute their spaces via hubli.com, increasing visibility to flex office consumers as well as accessing the hubli partner network using hubli to power reservations including industry leaders such as American Express Global Business Travel Workspaces.
