The location on 101 Park Avenue takes up 20,000 square feet and provides meeting rooms, event spaces, seasonal food offerings, and more for up to 200 guests.

The coworking operator has signed a 15-year lease at 78 NW 37th Street situated near the Design District that is slated to open later this year.

The hotel brand attempts to go beyond just a place to rest - Selina emphasizes the importance of design and diversity in its amenities. 

The operator purchased the Cooper Crossing location back in October of 2021, which stretches across five acres just outside of Phoenix.
