To address demand for alternative work settings, the company is growing its presence in suburbs to accommodate professionals looking for an office closer to their homes.

Altogether, MetroSpaces’ buildings will feature private rooms, socialization spaces, and technology that makes the user experience seamless.

“Around The World in 250 Coworking Spaces” features stories from founders and members of coworking spaces, where they share their experience being part of the industry.

According to Workspace Group, growing demand allowed its rental income to increase by 6.4% and get back to profitability.

The location on 101 Park Avenue takes up 20,000 square feet and provides meeting rooms, event spaces, seasonal food offerings, and more for up to 200 guests.

The coworking operator has signed a 15-year lease at 78 NW 37th Street situated near the Design District that is slated to open later this year.

The hotel brand attempts to go beyond just a place to rest - Selina emphasizes the importance of design and diversity in its amenities. 

The operator purchased the Cooper Crossing location back in October of 2021, which stretches across five acres just outside of Phoenix.

“It’s a very, very significant change in how corporations, large and small, want to support their (workers) and… how they want to consume real estate,” said Dixon.

The firm reported that three of its units saw a dip in valuation compared to their book value as Covid lockdowns kept people at home and demand remained shallow.
