4. BONUS TIP: KEYWORDS REGUS LOVES TO USE
Even though I’m saying compete in your market there will still be those who compare themselves to Regus. So, let’s see what type of keywords they’re spending the big bucks on…take notes.
Row A — Monthly Searches.
Row B — Average Cost Per Click.
5. BONUS TIP II: THE WORST KEYWORDS REGUS IS GOING AFTER
Yes, a second bonus — because I’m a giver. I really am. You know, I’ve never been in a meeting where someone has asked me what the worst keywords are to bid on. I’ve been in a LOT OF MEETINGS. So many people are curious about how PPC works, best keywords to target, but never the worst ones. The thing is, no matter what, there will be crappy keywords. This list just happens to be our dear pals list.
REGUS SECRET NUMBER FOUR: Why share this list? This isn’t to take jabs at Regus. EVERY company has bad keywords. EVERY SINGLE ONE. Even Regus. Learn from it. Improve on it. PPC isn’t about “setting and forgetting” it’s about consistently optimizing your campaigns. Now go share this article all over Facebook and get that list out there.
Row A — Monthly Searches.
Row B — Average Cost Per Click.
FINAL THOUGHTS…
Should we break down another brand? Perhaps a different marketing angle? SEO? Maybe we should. Maybe this could be “our thing.” I tell you what — when this article is shared on Facebook leave a comment and tag us — say something like, “@Treehouse51 tell me about XYZ.” Swap out “XZY” for the brand you’re interested in OR maybe even a marketing question you have and we’ll put it on the chopping board. Regus, you can play with us too. It’s fine. There’s enough pizza for everyone to be happy.
