Last night, serviced office space provider Orega launched its newest business centre with an opening party at 70 Gracechurch Street, London.
Based in the heart of the insurance and financial district, just a short walk from Bank, Monument and Fenchurch Street stations, the new offices are of the highest quality and attract a diverse range of industries from financial services to recruitment and ancillary services.
Occupying the entire third floor, the 26,000 sq ft of serviced office space provides professional workspace for up to 400 people and is suitable for small, private offices or an open plan space. The new business centre has been designed to include a stunning breakout area within the building’s large atrium, a grand reception, stylish furnishings and innovative technologies, such as high-tech personal security doors, wireless phone charging stations and Clevertouch TV screens.
Last night Orega celebrated the launch with a sophisticated gin-tasting event inviting key influencers in the serviced office industry. The centre’s atrium transformed into an incredible event space showcasing the functionality of the interior design.
Suzanne Machray, Head of Marketing, said: “Our vision was to design a centre that looked great but impressed with its functional spaces and innovative technology. We’re extremely happy with the result and were proud to show off our new centre last night.
“The focus on technology and design is a direct reflection of our client’s evolving needs and is something we are looking forward to pushing the boundaries with in our new spaces in Birmingham and Glasgow.”
