Eden Health provides the industry’s only integrated solution for employers across primary care, mental healthcare and insurance navigation. Through the partnership, the companies will build 25+ new Eden Health primary care offices located within Convene’s growing global footprint over the next 18 months, in addition to providing healthcare services to Convene’s expanding network of employers. The first Eden Health offices at Convene locations will open in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Boston, and Los Angeles later this year.

“Now more than ever, progressive companies are prioritizing their employees’ physical and mental health and investing tremendous resources to create a better workplace experience,” said Ryan Simonetti, CEO and co-founder of Convene. “By partnering with Eden Health, Convene is creating a first-of-its-kind healthcare offering that will change the lives of not only our own employees, but also the tenants in Convene-enabled buildings and our expanding network of Workplace members. Over the past year, we have seen firsthand the benefits of bringing a primary healthcare solution directly to our employees and believe this will be a transformative healthcare amenity for our landlord partners, their tenants, and our corporate clients.”

The Convene and Eden Health partnership provides a “plug-and-play” healthcare solution for any company, regardless of existing insurance plans or partnerships.

“Convene creates premium spaces where employees are focused on doing high caliber work. Efficient, high quality, and accessible healthcare, as well as a lasting relationship with your doctor, are an essential part of living and working well,” said Matt McCambridge, CEO and co-founder of Eden Health. “As wellness in the workplace continues to grow in importance for forward-thinking companies, Convene and Eden Health both anticipate a growing demand in healthcare services for employees. This partnership allows us to quickly scale our healthcare model and provide comprehensive care to companies and their employees across the country ”

Eden has recently secured a Series A funding round of $10 million led by existing investor Greycroft Partners. Existing investors PJC, 645 Ventures and Max Ventures participated in the round along with new investors, including Convene, Aspect Ventures and Brand Foundry.
