One anticipated impact is the entry of those raised in the era of digital technology, also known as “digital natives”, into the workplace.
Another increasingly popular model is the open plan concept that allows for free flow of ideas and collaboration that gets rid of the soul-draining cubicle atmosphere of yesteryear.
Some of the most vital components of a highly productive office and staff is boosting motivation according to Navani. By implementing game-like mechanics into everyday work tasks, workers are more inclined to complete said task without becoming burnt out.
At the heart of this change is the coworking sector. Much of today’s office interior design grew from its promotion of flexibility and convenience. Even many corporations such as Amazon and Apple have implemented “next-gen” workspaces into their office environment.
