A new shared workspace, Working From_, has launched across five floors in The Hoxton, a hotel in Southwark, London.

Working From_Southwark is situated on floors 7-12 of The Hoxton, Southwark, which opened in September 2019. Designed by Ennismore Design Studio, Working From_Southwark caters to all working styles and moods, and is perfect for those who can’t stand gloomy offices or dull working environments.
The five floors are flooded with natural light, with every floor boasting floor-to-ceiling windows, offering not only great views of the city but making it one of the most bright and airy spaces to work in the city. Library desks, ergonomic chairs, and comfy armchairs in cosy corners make for productive days, whilst beautiful custom-designed daybeds are perfect for those who work better horizontal!

The Hoxton has always been about offering more than just a bed for the night and Working From_ strives to be more than just a shared workspace, and allows members to benefit from being within The Hoxton, Southwark. Member benefits include “mates rates” for bedrooms and restaurants across all Hoxtons globally (a savvy perk for regular travellers!), free duvet days that offer day-use of The Hoxton, Southwark rooms for those who just need to work from bed, and a deadline hotline where, if available, members who are burning the midnight oil can score a hotel room for just £25.
To enrich brain power, members will have access to £2 barista coffee, a help-yourself pantry full of snacks, and a members’ cafe and bar with a menu full of healthy brain-food created by nutritionist, Sarah Ann Macklin, including direct-to-desk meal delivery perfect for when you’re working to the wire and can’t leave your desk.
Members also have access to a complimentary stationary cupboard filled with all the pens and Post-Its you could need, IT support, unlimited printing, free meeting room access, and no guest limit, all in line with a fair use policy.
Additional facilities include lockers, bike storage, showers, daily wellness classes hosted by Hackney-based studio, Refinery E9, members’ café and bar, complete with desk-side delivery. Those with furry work friends are catered for as Working From_Southwark is pet friendly — and even has its own office dog, Champ!

Working From_ echoes The Hoxton’s transparent no-rip-off policy, providing great value and flexible membership options. Knowing that jobs come in all shapes and sizes, Working From_ is open 24/7, and offers a range of membership tiers with honest pricing and no nasty surprises. Options include a Day Pass (£30) for people who need a dedicated space to work from for a few hours; Side Hustler (£75/month) for those who are creating after their day-job with access after 5:30pm on weekdays and all weekend; Desk Hop (£200/month) for those happy to desk surf; Open Studio (£500/desk) which provides a permanent desk in a pod of 6 or 8 people, and Private Studio (from £700/desk) to fit teams of 6, 10 or 24. Private Studios can even be combined to fit larger team requirements.
