NewFlex, an operator of flexible workspace brands and bespoke solutions has launched Tailor-Made, which allows companies the flexibility to create their own office solution, suited to their employees needs and branded as their own space.
Tailor-Made provides an end to end service for creating a bespoke office, from choosing a location to pricing, design and fit out, all with the backing of over 25 years of experience from the NewFlex team.
In a post-Covid-19 world, Tailor-Made allows companies to de-risk by offering a decentralised office portfolio of smaller branded hubs that reduce travel for employees and save significant costs for the employers. Additionally, Tailor-Made gives companies flexible lease terms from as little as 12 months to as long as 10 years.
Steve Jude, CEO of NewFlex, comments: “It is abundantly clear that the future of commercial real estate is flexible. Covid-19 has simply accelerated prevalent trends that were already in play – the rise in flexible, hybrid working and the democratisation of workspace where the tenant has more control. Once the preserve of SMEs and exciting startups, even large corporates are now embracing the need for flexibility and agility in an uncertain world.
“NewFlex offers a wealth of solutions for developers and building owners to meet this demand, whether converting existing traditional office space, repurposing troubled retail assets or creating brand new spaces as part of exciting mixed-use developments that become hubs of the local community.”
NewFlex delivers and manages a range of branded workspace solutions for every type of building, in every type of location, for every type of occupier. Led by CEO Steve Jude, NewFlex currently operates flexible office brands Citibase, easyHub®, Bold and Serendipity Labs.
Delivered via management contract agreements and/or franchises, all workspace solutions benefit from the common NewFlex platform, from demand generation, to building management and compliance through to account reporting, yield optimization and planning. The flexibility and varying options available for both building owners and businesses both cuts costs, reduces risks and future proof their assets.
NewFlex’s first acquisition, Citibase, is one of the U.K.’s leading providers of flexible and affordable office space with centres from Aberdeen to Brighton. Since 1993, Citibase has specialised in transforming and managing buildings as thriving profit-generating assets on behalf of landlords and building owners, whilst providing flexible and functional workspaces for SMEs.
