- Premier Workspaces has partnered with Douglas Emmett to reopen and manage its Executive Tower flexible office location.
- The space is located on the second floor of the West Los Angeles building.
- The space was formerly managed by IWG’s Regus, who vacated when the lease expired.
Douglas Emmett selected Irvine, CA based Premier Workspaces to reopen, reposition and manage their 28,000 square foot coworking space left behind by Regus (an IWG company) in their Executive Tower in West Los Angeles when their lease expired.

Located on the 2nd floor, Premier will offer a professional atmosphere with furnished and unfurnished private office options, flexible terms, support staff, meeting room rentals by the hour and customizable virtual office plans. The full floor flexible workspace will have 93 private offices, 2 well-appointed conference rooms with seating from 2 to 10 people, an on-demand day office, and a staffed reception area. Members have 24/7 key-card access to their private offices as well as privileges at more than 90 other Premier Workspaces’ business centers throughout the country.
