- Office Evolution, the largest flexible office franchisor in the US, has opened more centers.
- The new locations are opening in Mississippi and in Northern Virginia.
- Office Evolution has “grown significantly” during the pandemic, as businesses shift to flexible workspace to avoid long-term leases.
As demand for flexible workspace rises amid the pandemic, Office Evolution — the largest and fastest-growing coworking franchisor in the United States — has opened more locations in secondary and suburban areas.
Among them, it has opened its first Mississippi location in Flowood, located minutes from Jackson. Fueled by an increased demand for workspace close-to-home, husband-and-wife duo Cliff and Angela Osbon are excited to provide local professionals in the Jackson area with a cost effective, productive and safe work environment.
Located at 10 Canebrake Blvd Suite 110, the new business is a short drive from downtown Jackson and offers a convenient location for professionals living in and outside of the city. The center provides local small-to-medium-sized business owners and remote workers of larger corporations with access to 30 private offices, two conference rooms, and shared workspace with a capacity for approximately 20 people.
Office Evolution is also opening its third Northern Virginia location in Fairfax; existing locations are in Tysons Corner and Herndon. The new Fairfax location is owned by local entrepreneur Fred Franke.
Located at 10304 Eaton Place Suite 100, the 10,138 square-foot center offers local small-to medium-sized business owners and remote workers of larger corporations with access to 41 private offices, three conference rooms, a podcast audio room and shared workspace areas. This is the first of two Office Evolution locations that Franke plans to open in the area. Franke is evaluating locations in Fairfax and Prince William counties.
Office Evolution’s nationwide presence has grown significantly during the pandemic, as businesses of all sizes shift their focus towards flexible workspace to avoid getting tied up in expensive leases for traditional office space. This transition from traditional workspace to more flexible options in suburban markets where people live and work has positioned Office Evolution perfectly for growth.
“Thanks to dedicated franchisees and our powerful Ohana – Hawaiian for ‘family’ – our brand has continued to expand its presence in markets across the country,” said Office Evolution Chief Operating Officer William Edmundson.
“With pandemic fatigue wearing on work-from-home employees and businesses searching for convenient workspace alternatives, demand for our concept has risen dramatically. Employees and businesses alike are focusing on flexible workspace options that help foster collaboration and innovation – and Office Evolution provides the perfect alternative.”
