WeWork has teamed up with JLL to be the broker of record for eight of its locations in North Texas.
JLL will be responsible for leasing around 517,000 square feet of coworking space in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

“As more companies determine how they will handle the hybrid workplace model, WeWork offers ideal accommodations for both single-office users needing to work near home and Fortune 500 companies looking for scalable, branded space,” said Ashley Curry, Senior Vice President at JLL.
Some of WeWork’s locations in Dallas, Las Colinas, Legacy North, Plano and Preston Center will be part of the new leasing agreement.

This is part of WeWork’s strategy to build a new path forward after facing massive struggles throughout the pandemic.
