The Wing to Start Offering on-Site Therapy
The Wing announced this week that it will begin hosting on-site therapy in select The Wing locations in partnership with The Difference. According to the release, “The Wing will be hosting licensed therapists from The Difference for one day in each of the locations as part of its new partner platform to elevate members’ companies.” The Wing members in NYC, San Francisco, and Los Angeles will have access to in-person therapy sessions.
The Executive Centre Expands Its Singapore Footprint
EdgeProp reported this week that The Executive Centre will expand its footprint in Singapore. The flexible workspace company will expand its One Raffles Quay North Tower coworking space by 38,736 square feet, covering two floors of the building. The extension is slated to open on July 1st. “We are on track to open the new extension at One Raffles Quay by July 1 and we are excited to share this premium space with our members,” says Yvonne Lim, managing director of Southeast Asia at The Executive Centre.
WeWork to Face Potential Lawsuit for Vacating Building
The Real Deal reported this week that Fuse Group Investment plans to sue WeWork over allegedly vacating its offices in violation of the lease. Fuse Group Investment recently acquired the Miami building after it was under a foreclosure action. According to the report, the coworking company leased out the whole property and it was WeWork’s flagship Miami location. A spokesperson for Fuse Group Investment said “they haven’t paid their rent and they are not there. They removed all of their furniture, so we want an order from the court that we can have possession.”
