Upflex, a coworking booking platform and Syncaroo, an automation platform for flexible workspaces, are now working together to provide an easier and more streamlined booking process for flexible workspaces.
Their new integration enables real-time inventory updates and automated booking workflows. This means workspace operators can update their pricing, hours and other data just once, and have it quickly synced across multiple platforms.
This partnership aims to make life easier for workspace operators by streamlining bookings, increasing data accuracy and saving operators time.
This has come at a time when the coworking industry is working hard to make up for the enforced closures and limited bookings during 2020, and to encourage members back into their spaces. By focusing less on manual processes, this means operators can focus more on the things that matter, like the guest experience.
Why have Upflex and Syncaroo come together?
Using third-party platforms like Upflex can help workspace operators grow their reach and take bookings. However, it also requires manual intervention such as making sure each platform has up-to-date hours, pricing, inventory, and booking confirmation details.
Often this means making updates across multiple systems every time the information changes.
With Syncaroo, founded by Hector Kolonas and Robert Kropp, operators can make one single update that syncs across every booking platform, website, and broker.

“These operators are running really interesting hospitality and workspace businesses, but flex work is still relatively new, and there are still a lot of missing pieces,” Kolonas says. “We built this integration to help connect everyone more easily, to help make sure data is consistent across the internet, and to help thousands of workspaces save millions of hours of work time.”
Upflex VP of Space Partnerships Sherri Tao says she and the Upflex team are excited to launch this first-of-its-kind tool to streamline booking and data updates.
“With Syncaroo, booking confirmations happen in real time, inventory is updated automatically… and the bigger idea is this won’t just be the case for Upflex,” Tao says. “Syncaroo is building out ways to integrate with many of the other third-party platforms our partners might work with. That means operators can turn their focus back to their strengths, passions and purpose, and leave it to the tech to take care of the details.”
Syncaroo’s integration with Upflex is available for operators using OfficeRND or Nexudus property management systems. According to a press statement, support for Cobot and Satellite Deskworks property management systems are soon to follow, with dozens more CMSs in the pipeline.
