IWG has signed a new franchise partnership with real estate leasing and coworking firm Conjoinix.
The deal will see the firm open 18 new facilities across India, including in Delhi-NCR, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, and Gujarat.
โThe partnership with Conjoinix will enable us to continue expanding IWGโs brand presence across key business markets,โ said Harsh Lambah, country manager of IWG India and vice president of sales at IWG South Asia.
This is just one of many franchise deals IWG has signed to expand its presence across the country. For instance, the company signed a deal with online commercial real estate marketplace Jaipur Bulls for eight new locations last July.
The Conjoinix deal will increase IWGโs footprint to 130 locations across 25 cities in India.
Moving forward, IWG has plans to connect with developers across India, as well as Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka to become franchise partners.
