How Modular Furniture Takes Flexible Space to the Next Level

A new partnership between Venture X and ROOM, a modular furniture brand, shows that the more adaptive your space, the more attractive it is to companies seeking flexible space – especially those navigating the return to work.

How Modular Furniture Takes Flexible Space to the Next Level

The nature of flexible workspaces means that members can quickly adjust the way they use their space, be it the size, the layout, how many people use it, the amount of time they use it, and so on.

The more flexible the space, the more appealing it is to paying members. But for flexible space owners, this often represents a challenge. How do you physically adjust a space quickly and cost-effectively?

An obvious solution lies in your choice of fixtures and fittings. Furniture and storage are essential in a workspace, but they take up space. It makes sense that the more adjustable and adaptive your interiors, the easier you can react to customer demand and the faster you can secure new revenue.

Case in point, Venture X, a flexible workspace brand, has just struck a partnership with ROOM, a brand renowned for its adaptive office solutions and modular furniture.

In addition to assisting with floor plan optimization, ROOM’s modular furniture products will enable Venture X to swiftly reimagine the design of its spaces, thereby enabling Venture X to take the flexibility of its spaces up a notch.

This level and speed of flexibility is especially important amid ongoing uncertainty surrounding the pandemic and the return to the office, as it means office users can rightsize and adapt their spaces quickly and easily.

According to ROOM, their versatile, quickly-assembled, prefabricated office furniture solutions “are designed to offer flexible options” and provide “a simplified method” to give workspace members exactly what they need. This in itself helps to ensure continued flexibility to accommodate the changing needs of companies navigating the post-pandemic return to physical offices.
