Coliving company Common has announced it will expand into St. Paul, Minnesota as manager of Alvera, a new apartment building in the city.
Common will manage the 193-unit building in downtown St. Paul, which was developed and is owned by Ackerberg Group and Northland Real Estate Group.
However, this space will not feature coliving components that Common is well-known for.
The Class A building includes two lobbies, a club room, a remote work space, an outdoor deck, a fitness center, and bike storage.
“I am thrilled about this partnership because both [Ackerberg] and Common are uniquely focused on making city living wonderful for middle-income renters,” said Brad Hargreaves, CEO and Founder at Common.
