Consulting company Deloitte is offering employees a $500 subsidy to be put towards remote working tools.Â
The subsidy is part of the firm’s plans to spend $1 billion on compensation and benefits that is targeted at retaining workers during the ongoing Great Resignation.Â

The benefits also include a $1,000 wellbeing subsidy and 15 paid holidays.Â
Companies have updated and expanded their benefits for employees over the last year, particularly adding perks such as mental health support, identity theft protection, paid college tuition, pet insurance, and more.
