The company offers tech-enabled apartments across the country for remote workers and digital nomads, allowing people to successfully blend their professional and personal lives.Â
Recently, the company acquired CREA Management which has allowed it to expand its flexible living platform.Â
Currently, The Guild manages over 2,000 units across seven markets including Austin; Bay Harbor, Florida; Cincinnati; Dallas; Denver; Miami; and San Antonio.Â
Now, the company has over 10,000 units in development and plans to expand to the top 25 markets in the U.S. by the end of 2023.
