WeWork has replaced its former chief financial officer Benjamin Dunham with Andre Fernandez.
Fernandez previously served as CFO at technology firm NCR Corp. and will officially join WeWork on June 10.
WeWork’s first quarter report for 2022 saw its revenue grow to around $765 million as demand for flexible workspaces drives membership rates.
WeWork also tightened its quarter revenue forecast from $775 million to $825 million, to $800 million and $825 million.
Despite its stagnant shares, the company is benefiting from increased interest in alternative work solutions — something that both corporations and small businesses have come to prefer in the post-pandemic era.
Not only do these offices come fully equipped, but they also allow employers to better manage hybrid work models, ensure workers have some sort of professional space to come into, and cut down on overhead costs.
