According to the whitepaper from HRD and Modern Hire, implementing AI in the hiring and interview process has the ability to decrease bias, improve efficiency and create more ethical procedures.

In fact, a survey found that job applicants with male-sounding names had a 40% increased chance to be called in for an interview compared to women.
