Looking to finally learn what the hybrid hubbub is all about?
Although many business leaders are urging staff to return to the office, others are taking a more modern approach by continuing to offer remote and flexible capabilities moving forward.
In fact, the number of hybrid workers rose from 42% in February to 49% in June according to Gallup, and that number is expected to keep climbing.
Because of this, professionals who have hybrid-capable jobs are seeking what they view as a Great Perhaps – better work-life balance and more choice in their daily schedule.
Taking analysis of around 57,000 companies, FlexJobs was able to find the top companies hiring for these hybrid roles this year.
According to FlexJobs, the top 10 companies hiring for hybrid jobs in 2022 included:
- Kelly
- Robert Half International
- Thermo Fisher Scientific
- Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH)
- UnitedHealth Group
- CVS Health
- Twilio
- Randstad
- Verizon
- Grand Canyon Education (GCE)
“We have definitely seen a tipping point towards a deeper and more permanent integration of remote and hybrid work into organizations,” Sara Sutton, founder and CEO of FlexJobs.
